Cars have been Andy’s passion since childhood. He was the kid with the cherished Matchbox car collection, fascinated by engines, and desperate to finish school so he could train to be a mechanic. There was ever only one desired career path for Andy: mechanic. He’d still make that same career choice today, and to do it in his own workshop where he can apply his skill, attention to detail and excellent service is a career dream.

Andy started his apprenticeship in 1997 with Renault and Nissan in Vienna, Austria, working there until 2006 when he migrated to Australia and worked for 15 years at Col Crawford in Brookvale. His career and training continued to fill with achievements in Australia, winning a national technical skills competition with Renault Australia and two top-10 finishes in Nissan NSW challenges. He is a qualified Renault Master Tech, Nissan Master Tech, Electric Vehicle Technician and R35 GT-R Technician.

Andy’s mechanical expertise is impressive, but he is also an approachable, clear communicator who values honesty and professional workmanship. Working as a technician, team leader and then workshop controller in the dealership workshop environment, Andy has crafted a strong skillset which he now brings to C&C Motorworks.

Luke has been a mechanic for nine years, building his skill and knowledge in dealerships across the Northern Beaches and North Shore. He always liked cars growing up, but it wasn’t until he did work experience with Andy that his passion to be an automotive technician truly activated, and he hasn’t looked back.

Luke’s career is filled with impressive awards and achievements, all of which are testimony of his expertise and professionalism. Completing his apprenticeship with Renault Australia, Luke was awarded Apprentice of the Year in his third year – a national recognition of his ability and knowledge. He is a qualified Renault Master Tech and Electric Vehicle Technician, Nissan Advanced Tech and R35 GTR Technician.

Outside the workshop, Luke loves all things sport, delicious food and his family. He is a loyal Liverpool fan and EPL spectator. His passion for football moves beyond the screen and onto the pitch where Luke plays for CC Strikers in the local premier league.
